Receive a notification when an order is received through the phone agent

- `order_argo_id` (string, required) — The unique identifier for the order
- `store_argo_id` (string, required) — The unique identifier for the store
- `total` (string, required) — The total cost of the order
- `customer_name` (string, required) — The name of the customer
- `customer_phone` (string, required) — The phone number of the customer
- `order_detail_url` (string, required) — The URL to retreive the order details
